Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey usually within 1-3 business days.  Most orders are carried by USPS but yours may be delivered by another carrier if they're more efficient for your order.  Orders over $100 may require a signature on delivery to prevent lost/stolen packages.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS, PACKAGES ARE CURRENTLY TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO DELIVER.

Please be careful when entering your address.  If the address you provide in incorrect, we are not responsible for reshipment or reimbursement.

International packages may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or other fees for which the customer is responsible. Delivery times vary and may take up to or exceed 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the destination and customs delay.

US Addresses:

We offer free Standard shipping on orders $50+

Shipping Internationally
Varies by weight, starting at $15

NOTE: International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.  The customer is responsible for the payment of these fees, etc.

Orders are typically shipped within a day of the order being placed.  Once the order ships, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a change needs to be made, send an email to shipping@happyearthapparel.com with your order number and relevant details.  We cannot guarantee the order will be changed / cancelled prior to shipment.

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.  Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the requested shipping method.

Most US shipments are delivered within 7 days. International shipments may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Payment for orders is made upon placing the order.

Tracking and delivery notifications are not always accurate - carriers may scan your package as delivered prior to delivery.  If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, in most cases it will be delivered within a few days.

If your package hasn't been delivered and tracking hasn't updated in a while, it's likely that the package is lost.  We unfortunately don't have any more information regarding the whereabouts.  Please file a claim with the carrier.  If there's no resolution within 2 weeks, send us an email to contact@happyearthapparel.com so we can get you a replacement or a refund.

We ship to the US (including APO/FPO addresses), Canada, and most other countries.  If your country is not available at checkout, send us an email to contact@happyearthapparel.com so we can help.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.  Items that have been worn or damaged (including being covered in dog/cat hair) cannot be returned.  Discounted items, Final Sale items, or items otherwise denoted as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PLEASE CONSIDER: SHIRTS ARE DESIGNED TO SHRINK TO FIT AFTER A WASH/DRY CYCLE. If your shirt is too big, try washing/drying before requesting an exchange.
