Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn and unwashed within 14 days of purchase. The return window can be extended to 60 days at the time of purchase by adding coverage through Re-Do to your order. (Coverage cannot be added post-purchase.)
Socks are ineligible for returns.

We charge $7.99 per item returned for a refund.
Exchanges are free. Returns for store credit are free.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and duties are not refundable. International exchanges are not currently supported. Please email help@happyearthapparel.com to start the return process.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We utilize USPS and UPS for shipping orders within the US. Special requests may be accomodated at the customer's expense.
Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly when checking out. If changes to the shipping address are needed, email shipping@happyearthapparel.com. We will do our best to accomodate any request, but cannot guarantee changes prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address and will not re-ship to a different address.
