Accessibility

Our Commitment

Happy Earth Apparel is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to ensure that www.happyearthapparel.com conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We do not use third-party accessibility overlay software. Accessibility issues are addressed directly in our website's code.

Assessment Approach

In May 2026, we completed a manual accessibility audit of the Site using WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. Issues identified were remediated directly in the Site's theme code, including fixes to color contrast, focus indicator visibility, and semantic HTML structure.

This accessibility statement reflects the state of the Site following that remediation work.

Accessibility Status

As of the date of this statement, no significant accessibility limitations have been identified. We will update this section promptly if any issues come to our attention.
