Returns & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges must be requested (below) within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition. Items that have been worn or damaged (including but not limited to being covered in dog / cat hair, showing deodorant or food stains, etc.) cannot be returned. Final Sale items or items otherwise denoted as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges qualify for free shipping.

Returns / exchanges may take a few weeks to process, so we appreciate your patience! Once your refund has been issued or the exchange shipped, you'll receive an email notification.

If your return changes the final price of your order such that it no longer would qualify for a promotion that has been applied, a refund will be issued less the price of the promotion.
