Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If it needs changing, email us and we'll do our best before dispatch — once an order ships we can't change the address or re-ship to a different one.
United States
We ship via USPS and UPS. Special requests may be accommodated at the customer's expense.

United Kingdom
Nothing further to pay on delivery. UK VAT is included in the price you see and is collected at checkout. On larger orders, where the value of the consignment exceeds the threshold set by UK law, customs duty and import VAT are also calculated and collected at checkout. Because those orders must travel on a service that can carry prepaid duties, express delivery options only will be offered at checkout above that value.
All other destinations outside the United States
We ship to the European Union, Andorra, Australia, Canada, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
Import charges are not included in the price and are payable by you. Your order is imported into your country in your name. Import VAT, customs duty and any carrier brokerage, disbursement, clearance or handling fee are charged separately by the carrier or the customs authority before delivery, and delivery may be held until they are paid. These amounts are set by the authorities in your country under the rules in force at the time your parcel arrives, are outside our control, and we cannot estimate them in advance.
Customers in the European Union should note that since 1 July 2026 customs duty applies to imported orders of any value, so a charge will normally arise even on small orders.
You are responsible for making sure the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and for giving the carrier or customs authority any information they need to clear your shipment.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping is quoted at checkout at the carrier's live rate for your address, package weight and chosen service, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates only and do not include time spent in customs clearance.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within thirty (30) days of your order.
