Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To withdraw electronically, complete the form below. The process has two steps: you'll enter your details here, then confirm your withdrawal on the next screen. Once complete, you'll receive a confirmation email as your record of the declaration.

Within this window we refund the full product price plus the cost of our least expensive standard outbound shipping. Return shipping is at your expense. The $5 restocking fee does not apply, goods need not be in their original packaging, and "Final Sale" restrictions do not apply — those terms govern only discretionary returns made after the statutory period.
