1. An item is out of stock. Do you know when they'll be in stock?
Most of our items are only stocked once or twice per year. Contrary to fast fashion, our supply chains are designed around sustainability. This limits our ability to quickly restock sold out items.

2. When will my package arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery can take another 2-6 business days.

The USPS is overwhelmed this season, and package deliveries are taking much longer than usual. Tracking may not update for 7+ days. Though we wish we had more information and control, the information we have is only what your tracking link shows. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this situation. We do appreciate your patience and support!
