Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If it needs changing, email us and we'll do our best before dispatch — once an order ships we can't change the address or re-ship to a different one.
United States
We ship via USPS and UPS. Special requests may be accommodated at the customer's expense.

United Kingdom
Nothing further to pay on delivery. UK VAT is included in the price you see and is collected at checkout. On larger orders, where the value of the consignment exceeds the threshold set by UK law, customs duty and import VAT are also calculated and collected at checkout. Because those orders must travel on a service that can carry prepaid duties, express delivery options only will be offered in that case.

European Union
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Import charges are payable on delivery. Prices exclude import VAT and customs duty. Your order is imported into your country in your name, and the carrier or customs authority will charge these separately before delivery; delivery may be held until they are paid. Since 1 July 2026, EU customs duty applies to imported orders of any value, so a charge will normally arise even on a small order. These amounts are set by the authorities in your country, are outside our control, and we can't estimate them in advance.

We also ship to Andorra, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland.
