Returns & Exchanges
Hey, there! I'm Daniel, the fulfillment, returns, and CS manager at Happy Earth. I personally handle every return that comes back to us, so I have a lot of experience in this area. Most of you do a great job with returns - thank you! - but we do have some guidelines to balance convenience, health and safety of our employees (me!), and environmental impact. Here's the deal:
1. Rules: Once your package is delivered, you've got 30 days to try it on and decide if you're keeping it. The items returned must be clean, unworn, and undamaged. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted, processed, or returned. (There's really nothing we can do with these, and we hate to throw anything out).
2. Preparing a Return: Do not reattach tags to the garments. Please try to fold the garments neatly, and use the original shipping bag if possible. If not, please avoid using a box (they're more difficult for me to open, and they take up a lot of office space).
3. Fees: There are 3 types of returns possible: Exchanges, Returns for Credit, and Returns for Refund. We especially recognize the need to accomodate exchanges when purchases are made online - and we really encourage trying a size first, then exchanging if needed. Ordering a size run to try on a few sizes at once is highly discouraged; it's costly, wasteful, and time-consuming. Hence, our fee schedule:

4. Exceptions: Items labeled and sold as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Socks are ineligible for returns and exchanges. International returns are not supported.

International orders are not currently supported.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We utilize USPS and UPS for shipping orders within the US. Special requests may be accomodated at the customer's expense.
Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly when checking out. If changes to the shipping address are needed, email shipping@happyearthapparel.com. We will do our best to accomodate any request, but cannot guarantee changes prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address and will not re-ship to a different address.
