We ship via USPS for most orders, and rates vary based on weight. Orders of $100+ may require a signature on delivery.
International packages may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or other fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. International packages may take up to or exceed 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the destination. Internationally shipped items can be returned or exchanged at the customer's expense.
In the event that the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned, re-shipping the package will an incur an additional shipping fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Shipping labels will be provided for returns at the customer's expense.
The first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur additional charges. Exchange shipping on “Sale” items to be customer’s responsibility.
Returned items must not be worn or used in any way. If there is makeup, animal hair, etc. on the returned garments, we cannot honor the exchange or refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Beanies or caps
Upon receiving the item, we will process the return and refund the amount paid for the item returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. If the item received has clearly been worn, damaged, or otherwise notably different than its condition at the time of purchase, we cannot offer a refund on the item, and it may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
REGARDING FREE ITEM/SHIPPING PROMOTIONS: If a return for refund is requested on an order that results in the total purchase amount decreasing below the promotion's minimum value, the amount of the refund will be deducted by the full price of the free item/shipping.
A product appearing as in stock does not guarantee immediate availability of that item. We reserve the right without liability or prior notice to change the availability of any product and to cancel any order. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product availability, we will reach out to the customer via email to revise the order.
