Returns can be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We support two options for returns:

Store Credit. Return your item(s) and receive store credit equal to the amount you paid. We'll cover shipping.

Refund. Receive a refund to the original method of payment. Purchase a return label through our returns platform (below).

Exchanges are not supported, as we can't guarantee the availability of every size in each item. If you would like to get a different size, please initiate a Return for Store Credit and make a new purchase for the correct size.

Items ineligible for returns:

Damaged or Worn. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been worn or damaged (including but not limited to being covered in dog / cat hair, showing deodorant or food stains, etc.) cannot be returned.

Sale and Clearance Items. All marked down items, clearance items, bundles or items otherwise denoted as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

If your return changes the final price of your order such that it no longer would qualify for a promotion that has been applied, the refund will be issued less the price of the promotion.
